Is artificial intelligence humanity's hope or its downfall? How much has technology changed us? Are we wiser than our ancestors? Or is human folly thriving? Rutkowski also revisits childhood in the Polish People's Republic, recalling the absurdities of those times. He recalls the Fiat 126p craze, mustard queues, meat ration cards, and parties during martial law. He talks about his first trip "west" and long-distance flirting with his Swedish wife. He also reveals how he impressed a girl with aerial stunts and used contraception in Belarus.
