TERMS AND CONDITIONS

General Provisions

1. The Regulations define the terms of booking and rental of apartments listed on the website www.labakolobrzeg.pl, reservation portals, and those available via telephone or email sales.
2. Making a reservation is equivalent to acknowledging and accepting the terms of the Regulations, which constitutes the conclusion of a rental agreement between LABA Kołobrzeg and the client under the conditions specified in the Regulations and price list.
3. These conditions of use of the apartments are an integral part of the apartment rental agreement concluded between the Guest and LABA Kołobrzeg for recreational, tourist, or business stay.

Definitions

1. Apartment - a residential unit, described in detail on the website www.labakolobrzeg.pl, rented for a temporary stay for recreational, tourist or business purposes.
2. Guest - a natural or legal person who is a party to the apartment rental agreement, which is under the disposal of LABA Kołobrzeg.

Reservation

1. Reservation methods:
   • Via the online booking system on the website www.labakolobrzeg.pl.
   • Sending an email to rezerwacje@labakolobrzeg.pl.
   • Inquiry using the contact form or by phone.
   • Through reservation portals.

Changes or cancellation of reservation by LABA Kołobrzeg

1. Change of reservation by LABA Kołobrzeg is possible only in the event of force majeure preventing the rental of the apartment. Force majeure includes: natural disasters, occupation of the apartment by a state authority, strikes, wars, riots, lack of supply of electricity, gas, heating energy, or water.
2. In such cases, LABA Kołobrzeg will offer the Guest a stay at another date or cancellation of the agreement and refund of the deposit paid.
3. In case of breakdown or random events in the apartment, LABA Kołobrzeg can provide a replacement apartment with similar parameters. If the Guest does not agree to the replacement, the agreement is terminated, and LABA Kołobrzeg will refund the amount paid.

Payment

1. Payment methods:
   • Internet transfer through the payment system on the website www.labakolobrzeg.pl.
   • Direct transfer to LABA Kołobrzeg bank account.
   • By payment card through the payment system on the website www.labakolobrzeg.pl.
   • Cash or payment card on site for bookings made on the same day.
2. The client has the right to file a complaint to the email address biuro@labakolobrzeg.pl. Complaints will be processed within a maximum of 30 days.

Prices

1. All prices offered by LABA Kołobrzeg are expressed in PLN and include the currently applicable VAT.
2. Calculation of payment for reserved services is made according to the applicable price list on the date of booking.
3. The reservation consists of the price for the stay and the service fee. The service includes reception, cleaning, laundry, cleaning products, water, coffee, etc.
4. The price for the stay includes the tourist tax if applicable.
5. The fee does not include additional services such as airport transfer, additional change of bedding and towels, pet stay, or cleaning upon Guest's request.

Stay rules

1. Hotel day starts standardly at 4:00 PM on the day of arrival and lasts until 10:00 AM on the day of departure.
2. Check-in is free from 4:00 PM to midnight. Check-in after midnight is charged at 50 PLN.
3. Check-out is by 10:00 AM on the day of departure.
4. The Guest is obliged to leave the property in no worse condition than it was received.
5. The Guest is financially responsible for any damage or destruction of equipment and technical devices caused by themselves or their visitors.

Pets

1. The presence of pets in the apartment is allowed only after prior agreement with LABA Kołobrzeg.
2. The Guest is fully responsible for any damage caused by the animal.
3. The fee for the pet's stay is set according to the applicable price list.

Termination of the agreement

1. In case of gross or hooligan violation of rules, LABA Kołobrzeg has the right to immediately terminate the agreement and remove the Guest and accompanying persons with police assistance.

Legal liability

1. LABA Kołobrzeg is not liable for accidents, bodily injuries, or death of Guests or third parties on the premises during the stay.
2. We are also not responsible for items left in the apartment.

Number of Guests

1. The number of persons staying in the apartment cannot exceed the number indicated in the reservation. Violation of this condition may result in contract termination without refund or a penalty of 200 PLN for each additional night.

No smoking

1. A strict no smoking policy applies in the apartment. Violation of this rule will result in a charge of 1000 PLN.

Extension of stay

1. Notification of intention to extend stay must be made no later than 2:00 PM on the day before the reservation expires. Extension is possible only if there are available apartments.
2. Unauthorized extension of the check-out time results in an obligation to pay for an additional night.

Scope of rental agreement

1. The rental agreement with LABA Kołobrzeg covers only the rental of the apartment. Organization of transportation, meals, and duration of stay are solely the Guest's responsibility.
